2nd Way to Make A Penis Bigger: PENIS GIRTH

Penis girth is a main concern among many men and in my opinion what us men is looking to gain the most. The correct way to gain penis girth is to expand the 2 penis chambers that is called the Corpora Cavernosa. These are located on the left and right side of the penis and stretches from the beginning of the shaft down to the tip of your penis. What this natural penis exercise will do is break down these chambers and when they repair themselves, they will be able to hold more blood thus, giving your penis more girth.

Now you will need to do these penis girth exercises 3 to 4 times a week for about 15mins at a time. You can do these with a full or semi erection though I recommend near full erection for maximum penis girth. Now the same principles apply as in the 1st exercise I gave you in ways to make a penis bigger. If your penis curve left you need to concentrate on the right side of your penis and vice versa. I am giving the exercise for penis girth on the left side since that's the way my penis hang. OK here we go.

1st: With an erect penis take your right thumb and place it about and inch below the head of your penis on the left side chamber. While your thumb is there side it towards the right side chamber just below the head and hold. While holding thumb in place start doing kegels at a slow pace.

2nd: When your doing the kegels remember that if you do a kegel AND hold for a count of 5/10 secs you will gain more penis girth quickly. Faster kegels add length and girth. As you are doing these penis girth exercises notice how your left side chamber is getting bigger. The reason is it's holding more blood and expanding giving you more penis girth.

3rd: When you start getting soft just re stimulate and start over. The key is to have your thumb on the right side chamber to gain penis girth in the left side chamber.

4th: Also you can place the thumb on any part of your penis and it will work just the same. Here's a TIP, the penis girth is gained about an 1/2in below the point of your thumb towards your pubic bone.

Do these penis girth exercises for about 30mins the first time just to get familiar with the girth exercises and how YOUR penis respond. When you do them for 3 days straight rest at least 2 days and watch your penis girth increase, giving you bigger, harder, longer erections.

Ways to Make Penis Big

Their are many different sites promoting how to "GROW your PENIS" on the web today. It has been my finding that only a couple of them can actually show you Ways to Make your penis
Bigger. Stay away from the ones claiming you will gain 4" in a months time.

 With proper technique, you can gain permanent inches. Here,  I will be sharing with you my Way to Make Penis Big and bring them straight to you. I personally have gained 2" in length and added girth as well. But the  main thing I have corrected is the curve in my penis, something  many men suffer. That is the KEY to making your penis bigger. Their are many paths  and I'll show you "make your penis BIG! Sit back, "literally"  when  doing your exercises and  focus.

This 1st exercise is just to loosing up your penis and get you reacquainted with yourself.
 Depending on which way your penis hang will determine which way you will do this exercise. If it's to the left then you will pull it to the right and visa versus.

 1st:  Get your penis near full erection and when you do, with your right hand pull penis by the head to the right until it touches  to your right leg/hip.

 2nd:  With your left hand take your middle finger and insert it on the left side between your pubic bone and the start of your penis then hold.

 3rd: Start doing around 50/100 kegel exercises. While doing kegels w/right hand you can begin to turn downward until penis "lays" on your leg. Be easy on your penis, the trick is to not force downward but, see, and feel the gains. Here we will begin the first exercise to make penis big. Just a warm up but this will add length and start the straightening process.

 
You can do this for 5-10 Min's a day 3/4 times the first wk. Its OK when your penis start going soft, just re stimulate.
